Dr. Nash Tan
Dr. Ignacio Nash Tan, obtained his Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2000 in De La Salle Araneta University in the Philippines. Dr. Tan moved here in Canada in 2006, His love and passion for animals inspired him to continue practicing as a vet in Edmonton. He did trained in the VSTEP program in Ontario Vet College in the University of Guelph in 2009, Before owning his own practice, Dr. Tan practiced in emergency and small animal clinics in Edmonton. His strongest belief is to give the best medical care to all animals and to treat every animal as his own. He has a special interest in soft tissue surgeries, orthopedic surgery, endocrinology, and dermatology. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with Amanda, his wife, Fort, Amelie and Nahum, his children and their four legged part of the Family, Stella.
Donna S is a registered tech at Mercy Animal Hospital. She entered the profession because she has loved animal her whole life. When she isn’t at work she is working on many different types of crafts. From sewing, drawing and even clay work, she also enjoys camping. Currently she doesn’t have any pets, but that is only because she isn’t allowed any where she lives, if she could have some though she says she would have a couple cats and dogs!
Susanne is our VMA/Office manager at Mercy Animal Hospital. She graduated from the Veterinary Assistant Program in Lawrence College, Newfoundland in 2004 and has been working in a clinic setting ever since. She has a mini doodle named Lulu and a blue throat conure named Larry. In her spare time you can usually find out gardening, hiking trails or camping.
Audrey L is a medical assistant at Mercy Animal Hospital and she got into the veterinary world because she enjoys the fact that no day is ever the same. When she isn’t a work she can be found reading a good book or relaxing. Currently she has no pets, but that’s likely to change, it always does for anyone in this profession.

Prime Vet Corporation
Paul Zien is the accounting supervisor for all the animal hospitals. He entered the profession because he see’s helping the animal clinics save lives as something that is very important to him, and to the animals owners. When he is not at work he can be found long distance running, reading, and woodworking.
Susanna Chow works in the accounting department, she entered the veterinary industry because and in her words exactly “the veterinary service was valued at USD 94.14 billion dollars in 2018 and is expected to be valued at USD 138.66 billion by 2024 working in animal hospital will be more prosperous that any other production industry” it think it’s safe to say Susanna enjoys working with numbers! Outside of work she can be found swimming and listening to classical music. She currently does not have pets.
Donna S is our head Technician who helps all over our clinics. She says she got into this profession because of her love for animals. When she is not in the clinic she is running around her boys to hockey camps, hockey games, hockey, hockey, hockey. When she isn’t doing that she can be found camping and hanging out with her family and friends. She has 2 cats and 1 dog.
Travis Y is the operations manager. Although he doesn’t interact with the animals on a regular basis, he does enjoy seeing them come in and out of the clinics. Travis is passionate about business and people, and finds joy in helping businesses grow through developing both the business as a whole, but more importantly the people inside of it. Travis doesn’t believe that business is about transactions, he believes it is about creating relationships. When Travis isn’t out marketing, thinking about ways to help the clinics, or facilitating meetings you can find him doing calisthenics in the gym, reading personal growth and development books in coffee shops, driving for Uber, coaching and mentoring people in his sphere of influence, and making videos with his go pro for the enjoyment of his friends and family.
