Dr. Shereen obtained her Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She moved to Canada with her husband and two handsome boys in 2011. Her love and passion for animals inspired her to challenge and pass all of her board exams. While she was doing this she practiced in emergency and small animal clinics. Her strongest belief is to give the best medical care to all animals and to treat every animal as her own. She has a special interest in surgeries, endocrinology, and dermatology. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Suzanne is a VMA at Mercy Animal Clinic. She graduated from the Veterinary Assistant Program in Lawrence College, Newfoundland in 2004 and has been working in a clinic setting ever since. She has a mini doodle named Lulu and a blue throat conure named Larry. In her spare time you can usually find Suzanne out gardening, hiking trails, or camping.
Hi my name is Mackenzie and I am the only Registered Animal Health Technician here at Mercy Animal Hospital. I graduated from NAIT’s Animal Health Technology Program in 2014 and wrote my VTNE exam shortly after. Some of my favorite parts of being a technician are radiology, surgery and almost anything gross and gooey that comes in. At home I have 3 fur babies, a Rottweiler named Kali, a Shepherd cross named Whiskey and a Chihuahua named Copey (Yes, he is crazy). In my spare time I volunteer with Gears Animal Rescue with their outreach program and fostering puppies. I also enjoy playing softball, floor hockey, going camping and traveling.

My hobbies include things such as taking my dogs camping, art and music.
