Took my very ill 15 year old cat today. I was certain he was at life’s end. Dr. Nash did an incredible workup, found a treatable illness and I will bring my Baxter home tomorrow. Honest about everything. I didn’t want Bax to suffer at all, but clearly didn’t want to have to put him down. Everyone compassionate, gentle, I would rate a 100 if I could.

Absolutely appreciate the amazing service with my two cats. Very thorough, professional and helpful follow up. Was even provided an on going dental care plan for my pets that would’ve prevented a visit in the first place. I will never go back to my last vet who wanted nearly triple the amount for less compassionate care. Mercy is the Real Deal. I was referred to them by my friend who had his cats spayed by them. Mercy will be my long term veterinary care provider!!

This review is long overdue! I am so incredibly thankful to the Doctor & Staff for all the help & care they provided my dog! They squeezed us in which meant so much because I had called a number of clinics prior to stumbling upon this one and no one would/could see him. Life Savers!

While my dog was healing they had me come in with him every few days for almost a month to check on him and modify the course of treatment as needed! The fees for all the care & visits were more than reasonable in my case!

My dog ended up needing a surgery and I couldn’t have asked for better results! He literally walked out of that surgery looking HAPPIER than when he went in. I’d say that’s almost unheard of! 😀 Amazing! I can’t thank you enough!
